1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern the SGF.work Founding Membership program. By purchasing a Founding Membership, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Founding Membership

2.1 Founding Memberships are limited to 50 spots total. Once all 50 spots are claimed, no additional Founding Memberships will be sold at any price.

2.2 The Founding Membership requires a payment of $99/mo right now before we open. Then you get 2 months free per month you pay.

2.3 Founding Membership status and pricing are non-transferable.

3. Pre-Opening Billing

3.1 Founding Members pay $99/mo during the pre-opening period.

3.2 Recurring monthly charges are billed during the pre-opening construction period.

3.3 By purchasing a Founding Membership, you acknowledge and agree that you are paying during a pre-opening construction period and that no physical coworking space is yet available for use.

4. Free Months

4.1 Upon SGF.work’s official opening date, Founding Members will receive 2 months free for every month they paid $99/mo before opening (limited to a maximum of 6 months free).

4.2 The free months begin on SGF.work’s official opening date and continue for the earned duration.

4.3 The free months have no cash value and cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged.

5. After Free Months

5.1 Once your free months period is complete, your membership will transition to the standard membership rate in effect at that time.

5.2 You will be notified via email at least 14 days before your free months expire.

6. Cancellation

6.1 You may cancel your Founding Membership at any time before SGF.work’s official opening date with no penalty.

6.2 If you cancel before opening, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle following your cancellation date. Any current cycle charge is non-refundable.

6.3 If you cancel after opening, standard cancellation terms apply and any unused free months will be forfeited.

6.4 Cancelling your membership forfeits your Founding Member status permanently.

7. Opening Date

7.1 SGF.work does not guarantee a specific opening date. We will communicate progress and timeline updates regularly.

7.2 Delays in opening beyond our projected timeline do not constitute grounds for a refund of pre-opening fees.

7.3 In the unlikely event that SGF.work does not open, all members will be notified immediately and billing will cease. Refunds for the most recent billing cycle will be issued at our discretion.

8. Membership Conduct

8.1 Founding Members are subject to SGF.work’s general membership rules, code of conduct, and any policies in effect at time of opening.

8.2 SGF.work reserves the right to terminate a Founding Membership for violations of conduct policies, with forfeiture of remaining free months.

9. Changes to These Terms

9.1 SGF.work reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Members will be notified of material changes via email with at least 14 days notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
